There is a problem with the definition: The German language is also a West Germanic language spoken in Luxembourg. So the definition doesn't succeed in picking out Luxembourgian uniquely. I propose to change the definition to "A West Germanic language spoken mainly in Luxembourg". This would pick out Luxembourgian uniquely, as German is not spoken mainly in Luxembourg.
