A Defined meaning for this article (Objekt (432435)) needs attention because:
I believe the German definition is the one of Direktes Objekt, not the one of Objekt. With indirect one, the predicate is not really applyied to the object. If I say "I give this book to Paul", the predicate "I give to Paul" is indeed applied to the book, but "I give a book" is not applied to Paul, I believe. It's even worse with attribution object -not sure the term exists in English; it does in French- like "Peters's" in the sentence "I give Peter's book to Paul". Eden 13:49, 18 April 2007 (EDT)
It has been added to this category for attention. Thank you for your patience.
