The problems are:
- The translation of the English definition in French gives "sur le point de", but that's also an Expression (phrase which is not sum of its parts). So, maybe the definitions should be rewritten.

- "About" and "about to" have two distinct meanings. This is indeed in need of some fundamental revision eg you can say "This is about getting us to achieve a higher standard" and "This is about to be changed because we want to achieve a higher standard". - But your first example uses the DM DefinedMeaning:about (6423), or did I misunderstand?
