This article (caballerosamente (1115416)) needs attention because:
--dh 18:58, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
It has been added to this category for attention. Thank you for your patience.

"Kavalierhaft" is a pretty good translation. "Ritterlich" is too. Of course "ritterlich" has other meanings as well. I just googled "ehrenmännisch" and it has only 10 results, Omegawiki being the first, so I'm not sure we should include it at all. I removed the other translations because they only vaguely match the definition. They're more a description of the definition if taken all together: "gebildet, höflich, ehrbar" = gentlemanlike. Also, these words are not specific to men. I think a dictionary that provides tons of translations that might apply or maybe not isn't very useful.
Well, that's why I marked them as not identical. Besides, I find the notion to not include a word because google does not have it in its index rather appalling. Google not having a word can be interpreted in many ways and I for my part take it as a good sign that Omegawiki turned up first amongst only 10 other results... * --dh 21:30, 10 December 2009 (UTC)
In a more advanced version of Omegawiki I hope that we'll have a feature to show similar DMs, so that the user can compare himself and see what works best for his or her given context. And sometimes we just have to live with the fact that there is no translation for a certain language. --Tosca 20:40, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
I thought that unticking the "Identical Meaning" box fullfills this purpose, because "not identical" == "similar". Of course OW does not yet set the non-identical translations aside properly, but that's another story. --dh 21:30, 10 December 2009 (UTC)
