Well, the word "Entwertung" definitely exists in German, but while it is the correct translation for debasement in the sense of degradation and/or devaluation, it doesn't fit the english description of being:

An estimation of the value of something or someone inferior to its real value.

which I would translate to German as:

Die Einschätzung des Wertes einer Sache oder Person als geringer als ihr wahrer Wert.

and for which the proper, though rather unusual word would be "Unterschätzung" (or "Unterbewertung"). So I am going to add the German definition and change "Entwertung" to "Unterbewertung". But it remains to be checked if "debasement" is the or a proper noun for the given definition. I suspect it is not and the right word would be: "underestimation" or "underevaluation" or "understatement".

I also strongly suspect that the other translations are wrong as well and rather mean devaluation. For example:

Castilian: devaluaciónon
French: dévaluation
