Prioritete so: kakovost zraka in emisije; kakovost vode, onesnaževala in viri; kakovost tal, flora in favna ter biotopi; raba tal in naravnih virov; ravnanje z odpadki; onesnaževanje s hrupom; kemikalije; in varstvo obalnih območij.
