The Mandarin DM, while imo deficient (it consists primarily of a synonym) refers to the head, while the Japanese refers to the neck. I do not see how these could be merged. The Mandarin one could probably however be merged with the WiktionaryZ:head The part of the body of an animal or human which contains the brain, mouth and main sense organs.
