This article (Zuchthaus) needs attention because: Should not DM mention anything about usually being part of a legal system, and state run for criminals? Or is this _really_ not part of the concept? It has been added to this category for attention. Thank you for your patience.

More precise Definition added. Needs reworking, though, I'm not clearly enough aware of the historical facts. Schould probably mention when they when/were first introduced.
