This article (address) needs attention because:
It has been added to this category for attention. Thank you for your patience.
The current definition "Direction or superscription of a letter, or the name, title, and place of residence of the person addressed" is too narrow. An address does not need to be defined in terms of the inscription on a letter. An address is the details of where a person or an organization is located. These details can be written on an envelope but can be used for many other purposes as well, such as in a directory, or a sales receipt, or a business card, etc. --InfoCan 23:07, 1 June 2012 (CEST)
- Agree. "The details of where a person or an organization is located." is better! --Kip 23:23, 1 June 2012 (CEST)
