Help:Index Database layout Alt Meaningtexts table

The Alt Meaningtexts table defines alternative definitions for a concept. While the standard definitions are written and modified by the community, the idea is to also import free resources from other dictionaries and display them as an alternative definition. Therefore, compared to the Defined Meaning table, this table has an additional source_id which identifies the source.
