Relation

Relations can be used to link DefinedMeanings to each other.
[edit] Relations by class
An Expression or a DefinedMeaning with a class can use relations that are defined for that class.
Classes can be found at collection Community Database class
Example:
- state has the following Class attributes capital, currency etc.
- A country like The Netherlands has relations like capital: Amsterdam and currency euro
To create a new class: Edit the DM
- add Community Database class as Collection Membership
- add Relationtypes at Class attributes

The GEMET semantic relations were (see here)
To have a relations to work both ways the relations could be entered twice:
- a: narrower term - b
- b: broader term - a
The target DM shows the relation as Incomming relations
- a: b - broader term.
[edit] Other relations
The Collection ISO 639-6 codes uses 2 relations, that cannot be selected
