I've worked as a line editor and copy editor at various publishing houses and magazines, as well as having earned a living as a freelance writer for six years. And I've written three computer books and a children's book. My main interest is in e-books, having worked with them since 1999. In Khmer, I am very much a novice -- translating is how I get time on task for my language studies. :-)
I also began working with computers in 1966.
My current efforts are directed at improving the electronic publishing tools in Khmer. See, for instance, this font work, this work with maps using vector-drawing applications, and localizing XML Copy Editor.
I have focused on tools for language learning, including writing the Click SEAlang dictionary extension for Firefox and posting works by Franklin E. Huffman at websites for speaking, reading and writing Khmer.
