First, please check and see whether it still appears. There was a joke on April Fools Day (April 1) with a fake messages box. That should be gone by now.

If you have reloaded the page, and checked your messages and it still appears, try purging your cache. Append ?action=purge at the end of the URL. Also, make sure your browser accepts all cookies from this site. If none of that works, you might have to ask someone who actually knows what's going on around here. OLPC

Hi, as you might have already noted we are working on the OLPC Children's Dictionary. Actually I am the one trying to get as many people contributing as possible and therefore I prepared this message. I am wondering if you would like to help us and work on ten words: OLPC Children's Dictionary/1000 Basic words/Wordgroup 002. What does contribute mean? Translate the definitions and words into your mother tongue (rus) :-) I really hope to see your "Yes I will do" note on my discussion page :-) I will then add the template to make sure nobody else will work on these 10 words. Hi Al, well thank you for your message. I suppose the bug is filed and they are going to work on it if it is not automatically sorted out after the upgrade. For now our developers are concentrating on the relational data itself and upgrading to the new mediawiki version - it could well be that the problem is solved automatically by that upgrade. It does not make sense to work on this bug in this mediawiki version. OmegaWiki is still in an alpha version and so many of us have certain things that they would like to see changed - well, I am sure the day is not all too far.
